Cut it Out

This is a song from back in 1999. I started recording it this past spring and finished it this summer as I was teaching myself to play slide. The story and its images work on many, many levels.

The Biggest Loser

This song would have been a great fit for my ex-band The New Americans. I was planning on writing a whole album's worth of songs with the titles of reality TV shows. This was the first. Who know? Maybe I'll eventually do the whole thing...
